A sheet of blank business cards you print at home and cut out. Eight standard cards per A4 page, crop marks in the margins, no signup and no watermark. Type your details once and every card carries them — or print the sheet blank and write them in.
There are two standards and they are not interchangeable. Europe uses 85 x 54 mm; the United States, Canada and Mexico use 3.5 x 2 inches (88.9 x 50.8 mm). A European card is a few millimetres off in an American card sleeve, and the other way round.
For the European 85 x 54 mm size, Download the A4 sheet.
For the North American 3.5 x 2 in size, Download the Letter sheet.
The A4 sheet leaves a 5 mm gutter between cards and prints crop marks in the margins, which is what you want with scissors. If you have a guillotine or a trimmer, the straight-cut layout drops the gutters, runs one continuous line down each cut and fits ten cards on the same sheet.
If you are cutting with a guillotine, Download the 10-per-A4 sheet.
Printers shrink the page slightly by default, which makes every measurement on the sheet wrong. Turn scaling off and the spacing comes out exactly as you set it.
No. A grid or ruling drawn as a table in Word changes size when it prints, because Word scales the page to your printer margins — so the spacing you set is not the spacing you get. The PDF here is fixed at the size you chose, which is the whole point of downloading one.
Yes — download it as a transparent PNG and insert it as a picture or page background. Word, Google Docs and Slides all take it, and the spacing stays exactly as you set it here.
We'll send this exact configuration so you can print it again without setting it up.
